日本與墨西哥簽署漁業技術轉移與貿易協定 日本與墨西哥官方近日就漁業及運送水產品等相關議題簽署幾項重大協定。墨西哥農業、畜牧、農村發展、漁業暨食品部(SAGARPA)透過全國農林牧研究協會(INIFAP)房屋出租及漁業委員會(CONAPESCA),簽下兩份由日本提供技術轉移、生物科技技術性援助、培育墨西哥研究人員計畫,及擔任墨西哥水產品在日本市場商品化諮詢顧問的協定。另零售商Tosenbo Co.與墨西哥Baja California 酒店打工Sur州政府簽訂的水產品貿易協定,包括技術援助交流、銷往日本的新鮮龍蝦及鮑魚商品化諮詢,並協助改善銷往中國及其他亞洲市場鮑魚的風乾加工技術。輸往日本的墨西哥水產品主要以冷凍章魚、生鮮/冷藏海膽、冷烤肉凍沙丁魚與加工烏賊為最大宗。(摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, No.5/2010)CO-OPERATION IN FISHERIES TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AND TRADE SIGNEDRecently, officials from Mexico and Japan signed several 澎湖民宿agreements to jump start co-operation in fishery andaquaculture product shipments.The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fishery and Foods (SAGARPA), through 太平洋房屋theNational Institute of Forest, Agricultural and Livestock Research (INIFAP), and the National Aquacultureand Fishing Commission (CONAPESCA) signed two letters of intent to obtain the ARMANIfollowing from Japan;technology transfers, technical assistance in biotechnology, training for Mexican researchers, and consultancyin marine product commercialization in the Japanese 花蓮民宿market.In seafood trade an agreement was signed with retail firm Tosenbo Co, and the government of Baja CaliforniaSur, to exchange technical assistance and commercialization for live lobster 租房子and abalone exports to Japan, andto develop the dehydration process of abalone intended for sale in the Chinese market and other Asiancountries. The main seafood products exported from Mexico 酒店打工to Japan are frozen octopus, fresh/chilled seaurchin, frozen sardines and processed squid, among others.
